Dear friends and family,
The last 10 years in Korea has been nothing short of amazing. He has led me to be stretched beyond my imagination, all the while my love and appreciation for Him and his scripture continue to deepen.
Ministry wise, God has revealed so much in the past decade. My heart breaks for the youth and He has strategically placed me in various opportunities to learn and grow as a pastor, mentor, counselor, and servant. Recently I have made a full transition from church ministry to school and now serving as a chaplain full time at a Christian school called Global Christian Foreign School. I lead both the elementary and secondary chapel, in addition, I teach various subjects like Bible, Health, and Physical Education. Grace and I are certain that God is training both of us in this particular season so that when the time is right God will send us out as missionaries to a school somewhere where there is a need and we can serve to proclaim the Gospel.
In the home front, after being married for 2 years, God has blessed us with a beautiful baby girl. She is now 9 months old and I am completely head over hills for her. It is amazing how being a parent has allowed me to get a bit wider understanding of God's love for us.
First and foremost, I want to invite you to pray with us in our journey. I believe it cannot be overstated how important prayers are as we never want to go ahead of where God is leading us by staying us sensitive to the Holy Spirit. Also, there is so much power in intercessory prayers, and we thank you in advance for your prayers.
Please join us by praying for the following points:
1. Pray that our current hearts that says, "Here we are. Send
us!" will be maintained until when God actually calls us to
go.
2. Pray that I will be filled with the spirit of humility
and a teachable heart in all that I do as a chaplain, teacher,
and counselor.
3. Pray that Grace and I will learn to raise our baby girl in
faith and in obedience as being the first-time parent we are has
been challenging
4. Pray for wholistic protection over our family - physically,
emotionally, mentally, and spiritually
5. Pray that God will continue to open up opportunities for us to
minister to the youth and the lost
Once again, I am humbled and encouraged by God's steadfast love and faithfulness in providing me an environment where I can be used while continuing to refine me so that I may stay usable.
Thank you and God bless.
Inho
